Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Have no damage or signs of use
- Be returned in their original packaging (if applicable)
As we sell second-hand and vintage clothing, minor signs of previous wear may be present and will be described in the product listing.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
